We came here for a 50th birthday celebration last night. The decor, the music, food, drinks, everything was wonderful. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were very accommodating as well. Inder was very involved with everything and took great care of the guests. Definitely a great place for your next party!!

When it comes to dietary requirements, they have no clue. What I was served was take away quality at best. As a wedding guest I was disappointed through no fault of the bride and groom who informed the venue of my allergies. Nice size dance floor though

We want to extend our deepest gratitude to the entire team at Ultima Function Centre for allowing us to celebrate not one, but two special events with you. Our pre-wedding Roce on 6/09 in the Glass House and our wedding on 8/09 in the Pearl Ballroom were absolutely unforgettable!
While there were a few hiccups initially, the end result of the wedding day was nothing short of perfection—a solid 10/10! The team did a fantastic job, and we’d like to especially thank the chef, event coordinator Trinh, event day supervisor Pari, and of course, the big boss Jimmy, for your incredible support.
Some highlights from the day that we absolutely loved:
• The breathtaking floral arrangements on the ceiling, which added a heavenly touch to the Pearl Ballroom.
• The generous and delicious entrée served, leaving our guests more than satisfied.
• A thoughtful bottle of sparkling wine and a lovely greeting card that made us feel so special.
• Personalized service by Pari, who checked on us throughout the day and ensured every detail was followed to perfection.

Jimmy’s team worked above and beyond to create a package which would suit our guests and cater to over 300 people. Our reception was just perfect! No request was too small, catering to all our whims ensuring drinks were always on the table. Food were also great and amazing. Always topped up and service was on point.
The place, design and interior lights are all very unique and different. Everyone had such a blast and Jimmy the manager on site that day was so amazing, friendly and accommodating to us.

I have had the pleasure to visit Ultima Function Centre as a musician for weddings. Having visited many different venues around Victoria, this site definitely is one which can hold your dream event all in one place (ceremony, canapés, reception) with spacious and well-designed ballrooms. The team goes above and beyond to help and nothing is too much to ask. Thank you and looking forward to being back at Ultima again!

Been here for a few functions, upmarket feeling venue with multiple ballrooms, tucked away in a corner of Western Ring Road and Kielor Park Drive.

We booked this hall for our sister’s wedding and we had really awesome experience. Whole catering staff was very professional, decoration was on point, food was amazing, hot and fresh.
I definitely recommend this to everyone to book this hall once in a lifetime and have a great time here with your family and friends.

Nice big venue. Service was nice.
Catering (not sure if it’s in-house) but was so underwhelming. Wish function venues such as these would invest more with their food, especially charging such an exorbitant amount per seat. And the seats felt like they were made of legos, squeaky and unstable. Speakers felt like it’s all busted base, and sounded like someone blowing, screaming and scratching on the mic.
Btw the photo is a lasagne, which was cold in the middle, and tasted less friendly than the ones I bought from Coles.

I had to pickup a guest but getting out of the parking area was problematic and took so long since it does not have a dedicated exit. The route for arriving cars for pickups interferes with those cars which need to leave the venue. It makes long delay.

Hosted a birthday here in the Pearl Ballroom which turned out to be the best birthday celebration I've ever had.
The room was modern, tidy, and in a great location. Staff were friendly and attentive. Internal catering was excellent. Would recommend this venue for any celebration.
Special thanks to Kim, one the managers who was very responsive and easy to deal with on such short notice. Thank you again for the wonderful night!

The team done a great job especially Casandra, she does and fix our request by all night long. The food and canopies were amazing, not salty and very delicious.
