The Arbour is Ultima Function Centre’s outdoor ceremony area. It can be used for wedding vows, civil ceremonies, nikahs, mandaps and other cultural or religious ceremonies before guests move to an indoor reception space.
The Arbour and adjoining garden ceremony area can accommodate up to approximately 300 guests, depending on the seating plan, ceremony structure and whether a marquee is used. Final capacity should be confirmed with the venue.
Yes. The outdoor setting provides a dedicated ceremony backdrop and opportunities for couple, bridal-party and family photographs. Photography conditions will vary with the weather, time of day and styling.
Yes. The ceremony area can be styled with florals, draping, signage, aisle décor, chairs, lighting or a mandap. Styling is tailored to the ceremony format and must comply with venue access and installation requirements.
Yes. The Arbour can be configured for western ceremonies, nikahs, Indian mandaps and other cultural or religious formats. Ceremony duration, structures, fire requirements and supplier access should be discussed in advance.
The Arbour is primarily used for outdoor wedding ceremonies, vow renewals, cultural ceremonies and wedding photography. It is generally paired with an indoor ballroom or function room for the reception.
Yes. A wet-weather plan may involve a marquee or an available indoor ceremony space, depending on the event package and room availability. Couples should confirm the backup arrangement before finalising their booking.
The Arbour is within Ultima Function Centre at 50 Exchange Close, Keilor East, Victoria. Guests have access to more than 200 on-site parking spaces.
Yes. Couples commonly hold their ceremony at The Arbour and then move to the MEC Ballroom, Pearl Ballroom, Glasshouse, Sketch Room or another available indoor space for the reception.
