We want to extend our deepest gratitude to the entire team at Ultima Function Centre for allowing us to celebrate not one, but two special events with you. Our pre-wedding Roce on 6/09 in the Glass House and our wedding on 8/09 in the Pearl Ballroom were absolutely unforgettable!While there were a few hiccups initially, the end result of the wedding day was nothing short of perfection—a solid 10/10! The team did a fantastic job, and we’d like to especially thank the chef, event coordinator Trinh, event day supervisor Pari, and of course, the big boss Jimmy, for your incredible support.Some highlights from the day that we absolutely loved:• The breathtaking floral arrangements on the ceiling, which added a heavenly touch to the Pearl Ballroom.• The generous and delicious entrée served, leaving our guests more than satisfied.• A thoughtful bottle of sparkling wine and a lovely greeting card that made us feel so special.• Personalized service by Pari, who checked on us throughout the day and ensured every detail was followed to perfection.Our guests also raved about the food, and we highly recommend these dishes that were a hit:• Paani puri shots (the best and #1 favorite!)• Fish Amritsari• Malai Chicken Tikka• Palak Paneer• Butter Chicken• Karachi KormaWithout a doubt, it was the best Indian food we’ve had in Melbourne! Thank you to Jimmy and the team at Ultima Function Centre for bringing our vision to life! We hired the MEC Ballroom for the night and it was absolutely beautiful. Jimmy’s team worked above and beyond to create a package which would suit our guests and cater to over 300 people. Our reception was just perfect! Thank you for bringing our dream wedding to life, we miss this day and planning with Ultima!

We had our wedding at Ultima Pearl Ballroom and it was the BEST! Beautiful venue, amazing chandeliers, fantastic staffs, and great food. Big shoutout to Kim and Kathy who’s been very attentive & helpful before and during our wedding. You’re the best guys! Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

WHAT AN AMAZING FANTASTIC NIGHT.If there was a 10 star option, I would rate 10 stars.No request was too small, catering to all our whims ensuring drinks were always on the table. Food were also great and amazing. Always topped up and service was on point.The place, design and interior lights are all very unique and different. Everyone had such a blast and Jimmy the manager on site that day was so amazing, friendly and accommodating to us.Thank you Jimmy

I have had the pleasure to visit Ultima Function Centre as a musician for weddings. Having visited many different venues around Victoria, this site definitely is one which can hold your dream event all in one place (ceremony, canapés, reception) with spacious and well-designed ballrooms. The team goes above and beyond to help and nothing is too much to ask. Thank you and looking forward to being back at Ultima again!

Been here for a few functions, upmarket feeling venue with multiple ballrooms, tucked away in a corner of Western Ring Road and Kielor Park Drive.Freindly helpful staff, plenty of onsite off-street parking and a relaxed luxurious feel.

We booked this hall for our sister’s wedding and we had really awesome experience. Whole catering staff was very professional, decoration was on point, food was amazing, hot and fresh.I definitely recommend this to everyone to book this hall once in a lifetime and have a great time here with your family and friends.Special thanks to Inder and team.

Nice big venue. Service was nice.Catering (not sure if it’s in-house) but was so underwhelming. Wish function venues such as these would invest more with their food, especially charging such an exorbitant amount per seat. And the seats felt like they were made of legos, squeaky and unstable. Speakers felt like it’s all busted base, and sounded like someone blowing, screaming and scratching on the mic.Btw the photo is a lasagne, which was cold in the middle, and tasted less friendly than the ones I bought from Coles.Sorry 😢

I had to pickup a guest but getting out of the parking area was problematic and took so long since it does not have a dedicated exit. The route for arriving cars for pickups interferes with those cars which need to leave the venue. It makes long delay.

Hosted a birthday here in the Pearl Ballroom which turned out to be the best birthday celebration I've ever had.The room was modern, tidy, and in a great location. Staff were friendly and attentive. Internal catering was excellent. Would recommend this venue for any celebration.Special thanks to Kim, one the managers who was very responsive and easy to deal with on such short notice. Thank you again for the wonderful night!

I attend the wedding of my sister and the booking was very amazing experience there and the food is excellent with the fabulous service . I really love the way they welcome us with a lot of love and respect and the decoration is so decent and calm that anyone loved it… Loved Inderrr Mam…❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We had a wedding last week and were very enjoyed. Me and my partner were very worried everything as it was our first time, but Kim the coordinator who connect with us does fixed all of our worries. The team done a great job especially Casandra, she does and fix our request by all night long. Ceremony and reception were happens together but everything runs smoothly, we worried about the weather on the day as heavy rain the day before but we had a wonderful and great day! The food and canopies were amazing, not salty and very delicious. But the service of serving food might need to be improve, we do understand after the pandemic time, we believe that it will getting better after this;) At last, a big applauses to Kim, the team and chef at Ultima Function, will definitely recommend to others.
