Ultima welcomes external catering vendors with prior approval, and our in-house catering partner, Tandoori Flames Melbourne, specialises in Indian, Middle Eastern, Western, and Halal-certified menus. Vegetarian, vegan, and kosher-style options are also available.

Pearl Ballroom — 100 to 300 Guests
An elegant room adorned with 27 crystal chandeliers and a stunning floral ceiling. The Pearl Ballroom is a favourite for Chinese banquet-style dining, Vietnamese round-table receptions, and South Asian wedding ceremonies that call for a refined, formal aesthetic.
Glass House — 50 to 130 Guests
