Ultima Function Centre works with a nearby partner apartment hotel located approximately 5–7 minutes from the venue in Keilor East. Eligible wedding couples and families may be able to access an arranged corporate accommodation rate for their guests, subject to availability and the terms of the arrangement at the time of booking. Ask your coordinator to confirm current availability and rates for your date.
When 40, 80 or 150 of your guests are flying in, accommodation stops being their problem and becomes yours.
Without a plan, what happens is predictable: your cousins book Southbank, your uncle books near the airport, your parents book somewhere in the eastern suburbs, and on the day you have thirty separate Ubers converging from across Melbourne — half of them late.

With eight event spaces ranging from 10 to 1,350 guests, couples can hold smaller pre-wedding functions such as Mehndi, Haldi and Sangeet in rooms like the Sky Room, Signature Room, Sketch Room or Glass House, then hold the ceremony and reception in the Pearl Ballroom or MEC Ballroom — often across the same weekend, discussed in a single planning conversation.
