No. It is the same package we sell at $150 per person. Same room, same chefs, same event supervisor, same styling, same three courses. The only difference is the date. Saturdays and peak season sell themselves, so venues charge a premium for them. Winter dates that aren’t a Saturday are the quiet part of our calendar, and we would rather fill them properly than leave the room dark.

The inclusions are identical. The $150 package is our standard peak-season rate and it comes with Saturday availability and the full run of dates through the year. The $99 rate is a winter discount, locked to weddings between 1 June and 1 September 2027 on any day except Saturday. You are trading one day of the week for $5,100 on a 100-guest wedding. Nothing on the night changes.

Any wedding held between 1 June and 1 September 2027, on any day of the week except Saturday. That includes Fridays and Sundays. Your date has to be confirmed by 31 October 2026 for the $99 rate to apply, and dates are allocated as they are booked.

You pick one bonus with a confirmed 2027 winter booking of 100 guests or more. Either seven nights’ accommodation for two in Bali or Thailand, your choice of destination, or an audio-video phone booth for your reception where guests pick up the handset and record a message you keep. One bonus per wedding, chosen when you confirm your date. For the travel option, flights, transfers, insurance and spending money aren’t included, and full conditions, participating properties and booking windows are supplied in writing before you sign anything.

The $99 rate and the bonus require 100 guests minimum. For smaller weddings the Glass House seats up to 130, the Sketch Room up to 100 and the Signature Room up to 50. Tell us your number and we’ll quote the right package rather than pretend the wrong one fits.

Yes. Our in-house kitchen runs Indian, Western, Middle Eastern and multicultural menus with halal, vegetarian, vegan and kosher-style options. We regularly host Filipino, Indian, Tongan, Lebanese, Vietnamese, Chinese, Pakistani, Afghan and African weddings.

Yes. The Arbour and The Fernery are our outdoor ceremony and photo settings, and selected indoor rooms can be set for ceremonies. Guests then move straight through to the reception. No travel, no gap, no losing half your guest list between venues.

Nothing is payable to enquire, and no deposit is taken on the day of your venue tour. A deposit is only required once you’ve seen the room, received your written quote and decided to hold a date. Your coordinator confirms the exact amount and schedule in writing first.
